GENERAL DENTIST POSITION

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island. We are seeking a general dentist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a salaried position with attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits. We offer a collegial environment that allows our dentists to focus on patient care rather than having to worry about the headaches of managing a practice.

Role Description

This is a full or part-time on-site role located in Burrillville (Pascoag), RI. The Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing oral health needs. Day-to-day tasks may include performing preventive, restorative, and surgical dental procedures, educating patients on oral health, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to support patient care is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Preventive, Restorative, and Surgical Dentistry procedures
  • Strong Diagnostic and Oral Health Management skills
  • Proficiency in Patient Communication, Education, and Record Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Infection Control, Safety Regulations, and Compliance Standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
  • Active Dental License in the state of Rhode Island or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experience in community or public health dentistry is a plus
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Our North Kingstown office is looking for a full-time Medical Assistant. Qualifications: computer literacy, good communication skills, team oriented, positive attitude. One year experience and medical assistant certificate preferred, high school diploma required.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

FULL OR PART-TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care is seeking a full-time or part-time (3 days/24 hours) dental hygienist to provide services at one of our three locations (Burrillville, Scituate, or North Kingstown, Rhode Island).  Applicants must be licensed in Rhode Island.  Previous experience is preferred but not required.
