Scituate Town Nurse & Cancer Screening RN

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care, in collaboration with the Scituate Health Alliance, has a full or part time position for a BSN prepared RN to serve as the Town Nurse for Scituate, RI and to perform patient outreach and engagement activities relating to cancer screening. Responsibilities include engaging community members in ongoing health care, conducting population based health interventions, outreach and education and other duties aimed at achieving optimal health outcomes for the community. Two years of prior nursing experience required with community health experience preferred. Applicants must possess strong organizational skills and an ability to manage projects independently.
