WellOne cares for you and your entire family. We provide medical services that offer both treatment and prevention to meet the needs of patients at any age and promote general wellness.
Primary Care Our Centers provide complete health services for the entire family. On-site staff include physicians, family nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who specialize in internal medicine, geriatrics, women’s health, and family practice. Services are available by appointment Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekday evening hours until 8:00 PM and Saturday hours from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM are available at our Pascoag location.
Gynecological Care Comprehensive services include routine gynecological exams, family planning, pregnancy testing, screening for sexually transmitted diseases, and health education. Services are available by appointment at any of our locations.
Laboratory On-site laboratory services are provided by Kent Hospital Laboratory Services in North Kingstown: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Lifespan Laboratories offers these services at our Pascoag facility: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm; and at our Foster facility: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. No appointments are required.
Pharmacy Program Through a special partnership, WellOne patients without prescription drug coverage or with high deductibles can realize significant savings by filling their prescriptions at select CVS Pharmacies as follows: patients of the North Kingstown site, the CVS on Post Road in North Kingstown; for patients of the Foster site, the Chepachet CVS on Putnam Pike; and for the Pascoag patients, the CVS on High Street in Pascoag or the CVS on Putnam Pike in Chepachet or the CVS in Putnam Pike in Greenville. WellOne patients with prescription drug coverage are also encouraged to fill their prescription at CVS as the net proceeds from this program are utilized to support the numerous charitable services that WellOne provides its patients.
The agreement between WellOne and CVS Pharmacy is administered under the provisions of the Federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. Patients are reminded of their right to choose any pharmacy at which to fill their prescriptions. Prescriptions filled at other pharmacies will not be available at the 340 (B) discounted price.
