WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care & the American Martial Arts Center (AMAC) have designated April as “Get Healthy, Get Fit†Month at our wellness center located at 142A Danielson Pike in Foster.
How to qualify:
· Call during April to schedule any medical or dental appointment before 7/31/10
· At the end of your appointment, receive a voucher for yourself and a guest for 3 free martial arts lessons at the American Martial Arts Center
· Any WellOne patient six years of age or older is eligible
