CHARLES FRASER, APRN, FNP-C, JOINS MEDICAL STAFF IN PASCOAG

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care is pleased to announce the addition of Charles Fraser to its Pascoag team of medical, dental and behavioral health care providers.
Mr. Fraser is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, MA.
