WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care, in collaboration with the Rhode Island Department of Health’s Women’s Cancer Screening Program (WCSP), is currently enrolling women in the WISEWOMAN Program.

The WISEWOMAN program offers additional free preventative health services to women currently enrolled in the Woman’s Cancer Screening Program. This includes screening for cardiovascular disease risk factors, referrals for medical evaluation, and support to prevent or manage cardiovascular disease. WISEWOMAN is designed to help participants reduce their risk of heart disease, stroke and other chronic diseases by providing no-cost screening tests and counseling that will focus on ways to eat smart, be fit and live well. WISEWOMAN Programs are supported by funding from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

To be eligible to sign up for this program, you must meet ALL of the following criteria.

* Be a current participant of the Women’s Cancer Screening Program
