WELLONE WELCOMES NEW DENTIST TO NORTH KINGSTOWN FACILITY

October 14th, 2014

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care, a level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, has announced the addition of Teresa J. Jacob, DDS, to its team of primary medical and dental providers at their North Kingstown Center on Callahan Road.

Dr. Jacob received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed the General Practice Residency Program at Rhode Island Hospital’s Joseph S. Sinclair Dental Center. She also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, where she graduated Magma Cum Laude.

“Dr. Jacob joins a busy team of dentists at our newly, expanded dental facility in North Kingstown,” stated Peter Bancroft, president and CEO of WellOne. “Her addition to the practice will support the growing need for dental care in children, adults and the elderly in this community.”
